Competition Rules

1. Competitors may enter more than one category, provided they meet all the criteria for those categories. Competitors
must understand that they will follow the time schedul and requirements for each category or they will be disqualified.

2. Entries are accepted on a first come, first served basis until all categories are filled or deadline date is met. Post
marked by February 15, 2006. There will be no refunds of entry fees except in the case of the category being full or
cancelled. No exceptions.

3. Competitors are assigned their order of performance in each category by when they submit their registration forms
(postmarked). ..i.e... if you are the first to register for acategory you go on first, if you are the 5th person to submit for a
category, you perform 5th in that category and so on.

4. Competitors must supply two (2) cassette tapes or two (2) CDs or a combination of the two with only their music on it.
Also they must be marked with contestants name on it.

5. There will be no rehearsal times and no live music. Musicians will ot be allowed as back-up for performers. Troupe
members are allowed to have musicians within their troupe, as long as said musicians are dancing at the same time with
the rest of the troupe.

6. Time limits for each category will be strictly enforced. A ten (10) second grace period will be given for
people/machinery errors...etc. If contestant goes over category time limit plus the grace period, music will be faded and
competitors will be disqualified.

7. Check in times for each category will be one hour before performance time. If a contestnd does not check in they will
be plac3d first on stage incategory. If contestants are not ready when their time period on stage is at hand they will be
disqualified.

8. All judges scores for each competitor in each category will be counted in total to determine the winner, scond and third
placements. Judges scores are final.

9. Anyone; competitors, judges, vendors or general audience included, found to be drunk or disorderly will be asked to
leave regardless of day or time and all fees will be forfeit.

10. No video taping allowed! Still pictures are allowed but professional photography is not permitted (unless pre-descussed
with the person you are taking pictures of). The film will be subject to confiscation.
